ix bet reserves the right to decline or reverse a deposit if fraud is suspected or if the deposit method does not meet our verification requirements. In such cases you will be notified and any returned funds will be processed back to the original payment source.
Withdrawal requests are processed as promptly as possible. Standard processing times from the ix bet side are as follows: Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are typically credited within minutes; bank IBFT withdrawals are processed within the same business day; card withdrawals follow card scheme timelines which may take 1–3 business days.

Withdrawals must be made to a payment method in your own name that has previously been used to deposit on your account. ix bet does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
If your account has an active bonus with outstanding wagering requirements, your ability to withdraw may be restricted until those requirements are met, unless you choose to forfeit the bonus. The current bonus status in your account will always clearly display what withdrawal restrictions, if any, are currently active.

Each bonus or promotion has its own specific terms including the offer amount, eligible deposit amount, wagering requirement, eligible games, minimum odds (for sports bets), expiry period and maximum withdrawal from bonus winnings. These specific terms are displayed at the point of claiming any offer.
Wagering requirements define how many times the bonus amount must be wagered before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a wagering requirement of 20x on a Rs 1,000 bonus means Rs 20,000 must be wagered across eligible games before withdrawal is permitted. The specific requirement applicable to each offer is always stated upfront.
The following conduct in relation to bonuses is prohibited and will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided and potentially the account being suspended:

Sports bets placed on ix bet are settled according to the official results published by the relevant governing body of each sport. For cricket, the official scorecards and match results from the International Cricket Council (ICC) or relevant board govern all settlement decisions.
All odds are displayed in decimal format and are subject to change until the bet is confirmed. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed by ix bet, the odds at the time of acceptance are locked in regardless of subsequent market movement. In-play betting odds may change rapidly and bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the moment of confirmation, not at the odds displayed when you began the placement process.
ix bet reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where there is clear evidence of a technical error in the displayed odds, where the odds were materially incorrect due to a pricing error, or where the event has already started at the time of placement for pre-match markets. In such cases the stake is returned in full.
Suspicious betting patterns indicative of match-fixing, insider information or coordinated manipulation will result in bet voidance and potential account suspension pending investigation. ix bet cooperates with integrity bodies across all sports it covers.
All casino games, card games, crash games and other non-sports-betting products on ix bet use certified random number generator (RNG) software. Game outcomes are genuinely random and cannot be predicted or influenced by any party including ix bet itself. The RTP rate published for each game is based on the certified theoretical return over a statistically significant number of rounds.
Game malfunctions void all bets and pays for that game round. If a technical fault interrupts a game round in progress, ix bet will investigate and the outcome will either be confirmed using available data or the round will be voided with stakes returned. Player disputes about game outcomes are handled by reviewing certified RNG logs and game server records.
Live casino games are operated in real time with human dealers and are subject to the same RNG certification standards for the aspects of play that involve random elements. Technical disconnections during live games do not automatically entitle the player to a refund if the round was otherwise completed correctly. ix bet will review each case individually.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ix bet and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of relevant balances and where appropriate reporting to relevant authorities:
ix bet may suspend or permanently close a player account in the following circumstances: breach of these Terms; reasonable suspicion of fraud, identity fraud or money laundering; multi-accounting; bonus abuse; account compromise; or at the request of the account holder.
Where an account is suspended pending investigation, ix bet will notify the account holder within 24 hours unless doing so would compromise the integrity of the investigation. The account holder will be given an opportunity to respond to any findings before a final decision is made on permanent closure.
Where an account is closed for legitimate reasons unrelated to player misconduct – for example, if ix bet decides to cease offering services in a particular region – all verified account balances will be returned in full to the player's registered payment method within 5 business days.
Players may voluntarily close their ix bet account at any time by contacting customer support. If a voluntary closure is requested, any active bonuses will be forfeited and the remaining real-money balance will be processed to the player's withdrawal method as per standard timelines.

Nothing in these Terms limits ix bet's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
ix bet reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised "last updated" date.
